How To: Install .flow0.15+
In order to successfully to instal .flow0.15 (and I’m guessing it works with Yume 2kki too). You are going to need each of these things to run it/play it smoothly.
A. Applocale*
C. RPG RT

*Applocale has a bit of a problem when running on Vista. I don’t know if the same goes for XP and Win7. But if you get an error message upon installing it:
—Place the Apploc.msi file in /Computer > OS(C:) > Windows > System32/
—Then type “cmd” into “Search” when you click on the Windows icon.
—Right Click on “cmd” and press “Run as Administrator”
—Type “apploc.msi” in the Command Prompt(cmd) and it should start installing correctly.

If you have done the above and it works. Job well done and you are almost finished.
Next install the RPG Maker 2000 ENGLISH RTP, that should be done without error.
If you haven’t downloaded the latest .flow… — .flow0.15
If it still is giving you problems. You are going to:
1. Go to the .flow0.15 folder and rename it to something you’d like, as long as there is no Japanese.
2. Go to the CharSet folder. And Duplicate any .png.
3. Which means Copy any .png, and then delete it. Paste it back into the file and rename it “乗り物”
Once you have done all that, place the RPG_RT.exe in the .flow0.15 folder. Create a shorcut or just click on it and the game will start up.
